The first time Ashley Still saw San Francisco, she was a Yale undergrad on a bike, leading a group of young cyclists through what’s now known as the Robin Williams Tunnel toward the Golden Gate Bridge.

That first visit inspired Still to move cross-country after college and start a career in the tech world, where she’s spent 16 years climbing the ranks at San Jose-based Adobe Inc. Still now heads up Adobe’s Digital Media business as senior vice president and general manager.
